Dear Friends and Loyal Customers,

After nearly a decade of serving up thousands of Crave Curds and hand-muddled Old Fashioneds, we are announcing that Crave will be closing its doors. We will remain open through Friday, April 18th, with the exception of being closed on April 12th for a private event and catering job. We will continue with our normal business hours, giving you plenty of time to stop in, celebrate, and reminisce with us.

There’s no long explanation—just that timing is everything. It has been an incredible journey, with a lot of memories made, and a community that has supported us every step of the way. We are beyond grateful for our amazing customers, dedicated employees, and this wonderful town that has embraced Crave from the very beginning.

While the restaurant is closing, Crave Catering will continue through 2025 to fulfill all booked catering events. We will also be continuing with our event space ROWE in Campbellsport.

As of May 1st, I will be handing over the keys to the building to Heather Ford, the talented former owner of The Braising Pan. She will be bringing a fresh name, a new vision, and an exciting menu to this space. I can’t wait for you to experience what she has in store!

This next chapter is full of possibility, and I look forward to seeing what the future holds—for Crave’s legacy, for Heather’s new venture, and for wherever the road takes me next.
