DOME EXPERIENCE RULES AND QUESTIONS

Our dome experience includes private dining for up to 8 guests in our heated dome for 90 minutes.  There is no rental fee but there is a food and beverage minimum based on the reservation day. We are offering several different "shareable" food packages that need to ordered at the time of your reservation.

 

WE ONLY HAVE ONE (1) DOME.  We offer two 90 minute reservation spots on Wednesday, Thursday , Saturday and Sunday.  And three 90 minute spots on Fridays.

RULES:

  • NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE DOME.

  • NO PETS.

  • NO CARRY-IN FOOD OR BEVERAGE BROUGHT IN

  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER.

  • PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE OR HEATERS. 

  • FOOD PACKAGES MUST BE ORDERED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUMS:

$100 FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.

$175 FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

$75 FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM ON SUNDAY.

***23% Gratuity will be added to the total bill.  No split checks. 

  • How many can fit in a dome?
    Our dome is set up for a maximum of 8 guests.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    Please use our online booking system or call the restaurant direct at 920-533-3663.
  • How long does the dome rental last?
    The dome is reserved for 90 minutes. Please arrive a the restaurant 10-15 minutes before your reservation so we can seat the group together to keep the dome warmer and maximize your experience. We also ask that guests use the restrooms before hand. LATE ARRIVALS FOR RESERVATIONS WILL NOT EXTEND THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION.
  • What is the Food and Beverage Minimum?
    Wednesday and Thursday $100.00 Friday and Saturday $175.00 Sunday Brunch $75.00 Smaller groups do not pay less. If you do not meet your food and beverage minimum you will automatically be charged the food and beverage minimum for your reservation. The food portions are very generous in size. Average Cocktail prices are $8/each to get a general idea of how to meet the food and beverage minimums.
  • What can we eat and drink?
    We will be offering food packages with different food options. Food portions are shareable and generous. Due to the dome being outdoors we have simplified the menu and made it a "shareable" experience.
  • What happens in the case of inclement weather?
    If Crave decides the weather is too dangerous for guests and staff due to extreme cold, ice or snow conditions, we may need to cancel your reservation. We will notify you via cell phone to give you an option to reschedule. We will try to give you as much advance notice as possible but reserve the right to cancel without notice to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Any reservation cancelled by Crave all not be charged any cancellation fees.
  • Is the dome heated? How should I dress?
    The dome is equipped with a heater but this is Wisconsin and it is outside. Please dress accordingly, jackets, hats, mittens and boots. Throw blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own as well. If the dome gets too warm the dome does have vents that can be open. WE ASK THAT THE HEATERS DO NOT GET MOVED OR ADJUSTED, PLEASE ASK YOUR DOME HOST. You may be liable for damage to the dome shell if furniture and heaters are rearranged in a manner causing damage.
  • Can I bring my own tunes?
    Absolutely! We will provide a blue tooth speaker to enjoy your own music! We will have Holiday Music playing on the outdoor speaker that does provide enough background music for the experience.
  • What happens if we damage the dome during our reservation?
    The Dome Host will inspect and clean domes after every party, and we may charge up to $200 if we find any damages after your visit. This includes damage to the interior, exterior, or decor. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT MOVE THE HEATER OR THE FURNITURE.
  • What is the deposit for and how do I cancel?
    The $50 deposit is to hold the reservation. On the day of the reservation, the deposit will be applied to the final bill as a check reduction. You can cancel your reservation 48 hour prior to your reservation and we will refund you in the form of an e-gift card. Pleas call the restaurant to cancel if needed.
  • Can we split the check or pay with gift cards?
    The online booking system requires a single credit card payment at the time of booking your reservation. WE WILL NOT SPLIT THE CHECK FOR THE DOME RESERVATION. When settling your final food and drink tab during your reservation, you may pay with a Crave hard plastic gift card(s). WE DO NOT ACCEPT 3RD PARTY GIFT CERTIFICATES OR COUPONS IN THE DOME.
